The KC5DR AUXCOMM Trailer is our rapid deploy amateur radio stations on wheels that allow us to setup anywhere in the GOHSEP region 8 or beyond. The trailer was provided by several sources, but largely by a grant provided by the Amateur Radio Digital Communications ADRC.
Our trailer comprises of an HF and a Dual band radio per operating position. Other modes of communications are, computer networking, LWIN, a 70cm repeater, DMF, C4FM, AIR/Marine and CB. The trailer also has a 6kw generator, fans, light poles, external antennas, Solar Panel with 2 Deep Cycle sealed batteries.
